About LOP

The studio is made of old instruments and new ones.

The short version

Music taught me rhythm.

Drawing taught me composition.

Design taught me communication. Branding taught me storytelling. AI became another instrument.

Producing taught me how to connect all of it: the idea, the sound, the image, the tools, the people, the timeline, and the final thing someone can actually experience.

I take the work seriously. I do not believe the work always has to take itself seriously.

How I Work

I like ambitious ideas, clear communication, fast experimentation, honest feedback, and creative environments where people are allowed to have a personality.

I am comfortable starting with a blank page, but I am equally comfortable entering a project that already has momentum and helping bring structure to it.

I can contribute at the concept level, the production level, or both.

Beyond the Creative

Before focusing more heavily on creative technology and digital production, I worked in operations and account management. I managed approximately 20 commercial accounts, supervised teams ranging from 15 to 40 employees, and handled hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, logistics, client communication, and quality control.

That experience shaped how I approach creative work today. I care about the idea, but I also care about timelines, communication, organization, follow-through, and getting the work finished.
